| PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE | The successful bidder(s) shall furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the gross value of the contract awarded, in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), valid for the entire contract period plus a claim period of sixty (60) days.
The Performance Guarantee shall be released after successful completion of all contractual obligations and upon expiry of the claim period. |
