PREFERRED LOCATION CRITERIAPreference will be given to premises located on Ground Floor with minimum number of columns and entire area on a single floor having a minimum frontage of 25 sq. ft.
ATM ROOM REQUIREMENTThe Ramp and ATM Room as per Bank’s specifications shall be constructed by the successful bidder at his/her own cost.
PARKING SPACEAdequate parking space for Bank vehicles, Cash Van, staff vehicles and customers shall be preferred.
CARPET AREA REQUIREMENTApproximately 120 Sq. Ft. on Ground Floor shall be preferred.
AMENITIES REQUIREDSeparate electrical power connection (Single Phase 5 KV) in Commercial Category.
INITIAL RENT-FREE PERIODTwo (02) Months
POSSESSION REQUIREMENTReady for possession/occupation or to be possessed within 1-2 months.
PREMISES UNDER CONSTRUCTIONMay be considered. Bidder shall construct the building within 3-4 months as per Bank’s requirement.

STAMP DUTY / REGISTRATION CHARGESTo be shared between Lessor(s) and the Bank in the ratio of 50:50.
RENT PAYABLERent shall become payable after expiry of two months from the effective date of registered Lease Agreement.
TITLE OF PREMISESTitle of the property should be clear, marketable and free from encumbrances.
LEASE DEEDLease Deed shall be executed and registered as per the Standard Format prescribed by the Bank.
